Responsibilities:

Facilitates meetings with clients to gather requirements and explore potential solutions. Uses active listening and techniques to understand the real needs

Analyzes client’s business requirements and processes, interprets, evaluates, and interrelates research data, and develops integrated business analyses

Communicates the produced BA information creating shared understanding by constructing conceptual data, process models, diagrams, wireframes, charts, etc. Writes user stories and defines acceptance criteria

Acts as the voice of the customer throughout the product realization cycle

Proposes solution approach and business process changes as part of the solution

Keeps track of industry trends and identifies areas of product improvement

Contributes to the success of the team and vision by encouraging open communication, innovation, teamwork and professionalism
