As such you will be using your expertise to achieve high-level customer satisfaction by architecting, designing, implementing, supporting state-of-the-art solutions. Depending on your expertise your daily challenge will be identifying and solving problems, working on complex incidents affecting thousands of users, defining, executing, implementing changes, coordinating implementations, and managing systems.
