We have a custom WordPress/PHP plugin and themes that works with The Newsletter Plugin https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/ that allows users to signup with Facebook after selecting an option from a drop down. The selection is stored in a session cookie.

I need some amendments to this so each sign up from each selection of the drop down goes into different lists within the newsletter plugin.
