Responsibilities:
Douche language support via phone, email, and chat, Identify customer problems and propose solutions. To focus on customer expectations and satisfaction. Ability to protect confidential and sensitive information and materials. Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support. Fluent in German and good English skills. Passionate about communicating with customers. Last but not least proficient in Microsoft Office and other offices when needed.
