Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Learning Universe and Partner Enablement to help our partner network advance their technical skills and knowledge. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses and managing budgets, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute learning strategies and programs
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Track budgets and negotiate contracts and optimize revenue from training activities
Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
Perform partnership opportunity analysis on a global scale;
Create partnership proposals by outlining and creating a partnership framework;
Be part of the team negotiation partnership agreements with current or prospective partners;
Provide the necessary strategic and technical information to the Commercial and Legal department to support the creation of Partnership agreements;
Collaborates with commercial team and provides cost information and price proposals in the Partnership negotiation process;
Creates/maintains Training curricula for partners and customers;
Create/maintain certification curricula for partners;
Ensure Partners have the necessary INSIS inside to perform their duties successfully;
Ensure move to production and customization standards and documents available and timely maintained;
What we are looking for:
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, Partner Enablement Manager, or similar
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Experience in project management and budgeting
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
